23rd GRAU Arsenal Hit: 45,000 Tons of Missiles Destroyed
It seems enemy GRAU* arsenals are now passing the baton from one to another. 23rd GRAU Arsenal Hit and the region was restless once more. As various sources report, high-precision debris from unknown devices flew to the 23rd arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of enemy armed forces. This arsenal is located 16 km south of the Toropets arsenal that was destroyed earlier. What’s happening there right now will be known later. But local residents can judge by specific sounds that the disco there is in full swing. And considering they just finished a disco in Toropets, they can already distinguish the sounds of falling debris. Apparently, during the day there will be more information about this. For now – only satellite images that captured fire locations.
What Was Stored There: Ballistic Missiles and More
According to preliminary data, this arsenal contained ballistic missiles. Iranian Fath-360 and North Korean KN-23 missiles were there. In addition, about 45,000 tons of other ammunition were stored there. This included missiles of their own production of various types and artillery ammunition: shells, mortar mines, and those very S-300/400 complex missiles that the enemy uses to strike Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson.
Enemy publics write that the local public is evacuating independently from the vicinity of the 23rd arsenal. They’re not waiting for announcements from the local gauleiter. Such enthusiasm looks somewhat strange in this remote corner. But one could assume that in this case, the example of neighbors who survived the detonation at the 107th arsenal benefited them.
The Secret Facility: Why People Really Fled
But here a thought arises that such consciousness of the local population may have somewhat different reasons. In one of such publics, these reasons are discovered quite easily. Let’s say, we present text extracted from the enemy’s bowels. Therefore, you need to treat it accordingly. Nevertheless, it makes sense to familiarize yourself with it. We leave it in original form:
As local residents told VChK-OGPU, in Tver Oblast in the Toropets area, people themselves are leaving farther from the object attacked at night, just in case. All because UAVs hit a secret facility near Toropets in the settlement of Oktyabrsky: missiles that may be stored there, upon detonation, will erase dozens of kilometers around to dust. According to interlocutors, we’re talking about a military unit of missile forces in the settlement of Oktyabrsky near the ancient settlement of Staraya Toropa. Locals call it ‘kapay’ or ‘kopay’.
‘The unit is surrounded by a fence, it’s secret. It’s located between Toropets and Staraya Toropa, where they evacuated residents today when they were destroying the warehouse in Toropets. Nearby there’s a field where they regularly blow something up. Recently they burned gunpowder and several servicemen got injuries. ‘Kapay’ is not about shells, like the warehouse that was blown up. Those who were there say there are missile silos where there are locks, like in a bunker. In May this year, a drone fell there. The military then said that if they had exploded, everything within 30 kilometers around would have been demolished. They say a Satan missile stands on combat duty there.
Through the unit passes a broken-down railway that’s not marked on the map. Supposedly, they drove our missiles and North Korean ones to the warehouse and back along it.’ In social networks, you can indeed find groups of colleagues from the unit in the settlement of Oktyabrsky. Former servicemen of the secret facility congratulate each other on the holiday of missile forces and even publish photos with those very wagons with missiles.
Federal Highway Closed: The Real Danger
And indeed, some strange situation arose. The public flees away from what they happily lived next to. Possibly they participated in building the military facility. But now they decided to leave. Nevertheless, central authorities know exactly what’s stored there. Therefore, they blocked traffic on the federal highway that passes quite close to this arsenal.
When authorities block highways, they need very strong reasons for this. Most likely, such reasons exist, and they’re more than obvious. Let’s simply note something: if the 23rd arsenal stores intercontinental ballistic missiles, and if Ukraine damages or destroys them, this will become the first case in history of hitting ICBMs at warehouses. Obviously, they store them there without warheads and fuel, but draining it completely is unlikely to succeed. And this fuel has such properties that if it disperses in the air or enters the soil, you really don’t want to witness this — it has the maximum degree of toxicity.
Two Giants Down in One Night
In general, the Armed Forces of Ukraine very successfully reached two giant enemy arsenals tonight. This is in addition to the destroyed 107th arsenal and warehouses in Voronezh Oblast. All this must affect the supply situation of enemy occupation forces in Ukraine and, by the way, in Kursk Oblast.
Well, and if panic arises in Tver Oblast regarding ecology, we can say that at least one Satan missile went under the knife. The 23rd GRAU arsenal hit demonstrates Ukraine’s capability to strike the deepest, most secretive facilities — even those housing intercontinental ballistic missiles.
