Civilian Bus Attacked by Shaheds in Dnipropetrovsk Region
Russians once again carried out a terrorist attack against civilians. A civilian bus was attacked by Shaheds in one of the most horrific strikes against non-military targets this year. This time the target for attacks became a civilian bus near the Ternivska mine in Pavlohrad district, Dnipropetrovsk region. There, an enemy UAV hit near a service bus of one of the enterprises.
The Attack: Operators Saw Everything
A group of Shaheds on online control via MESH* radio modems flew along the road. The operator of the first Shahed saw the bus below and decided to attack it. The Shahed struck next to the bus. The driver, under the impact of the blast wave, lost control and drove into a fence. After this, injured people began leaving the bus, helping each other.
But at this time, the operator of the second Shahed saw people exiting the bus. He directed the Shahed straight at the civilian people. Enemy operators 100% saw that the bus was civilian. They saw there were no military there. But they made a conscious decision to attack.
Death Toll Rises: 16 Dead, 16 Wounded

Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine Oleksiy Kuleba reported that as of 20:42 the number of dead rose to 16. Another 16 people were injured, 7 of them in serious condition:
The enemy attacked a bus that was transporting miners from the enterprise after their shift. 16 people died. There are wounded. People who simply worked and were returning home. I express sincere condolences to the families and relatives of the dead. These are not random strikes. This is systematic terror against civilian logistics, against people who keep movement, communication, and the country together.
Advisor to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine and expert on electronic warfare and communication systems Serhiy “Flash” Beskrestnov called this another fact of terrorism (quote):
Operators from russian territory 100% saw and recognized the target as civilian. They saw these were not military and made a conscious decision to attack. This is another fact of terrorism. I have no words.
Technology of Terror: MESH Networks Enable War Crimes
This attack demonstrates how modern technology enables deliberate war crimes. The civilian bus was attacked by Shaheds equipped with advanced control systems that gave operators clear, real-time video of their targets. They saw miners leaving their shift. They saw injured people helping each other after the first strike. And they chose to strike again anyway. The death toll of 16 civilians — miners simply returning home from work — stands as another testament to russia’s systematic campaign of terror against Ukrainian civilians.
*Radio modems with MESH network — devices that build a decentralized radio network where each node is simultaneously both a transmitter and a repeater. Recently, russians have been actively using this technology on their Shaheds.
