December 27 Massive Strike: 519 Drones, 40 Missiles Hit Ukraine

The December 27 massive strike just ended in Kyiv. Those who are in the capital today see and hear approximately the same thing as I do. Therefore, there’s no point describing this for those who see everything with their own eyes. Well, and those who read these lines from a distance of thousands of kilometers won’t be able to understand this, because dry words can’t convey it. I’ll simply wish them all to remain in the same state of ignorance of all this. The exception is the Orcs*, Iranians, North Koreans, and other actors to whom all this should return in the same form in which they provided it to us.

Overall, the air attack on the capital lasted about 12 hours with a small break in the morning. A few days ago, before Christmas holidays, we wrote that the enemy is predictable. We warned that there would be several waves of attacks before New Year. And after that warning, there were two waves. Judging by everything, there will be a third one, because something similar at this same time pootin executes every year. If anyone remembers, the valenki executed the first massive attack precisely on these days in 2022, and then everything repeated every year.

The Numbers: What Hit Ukraine

This particular attack was not the most massive if you count the strike weapons used. But today the enemy used quite a few missiles, which he hasn’t done often lately. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine just provided the following data:

Report of December 27 Massive Strike
Report of December 27 Massive Strike

– 10/6 Iskander-M ballistic and Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles respectively;
– 7/4/1 Iskander-K ground-launched cruise missiles;
– 21/19 Kh-101 air-launched cruise missiles;
– 2/ Kh-22 air-launched cruise missiles;
– 519/474/15 strike drones of various types.

Here: the first value is the number of detected strike weapons; the second is those shot down; the third is those that didn’t reach targets, most likely due to electronic warfare.

Kyiv Takes the Hit

And although the raid was not at all record-breaking in its mass scale, practically everything listed above flew at the capital. As a result — impacts of 10 missiles and 25 drones were recorded at 30 locations.

Overall, there’s not much to comment on here. Everyone who was in Kyiv observed all this. Plus, numerous photos and videos from impact sites appeared on the Network. By the way, while I’m finishing this text, an air raid alarm has been declared again. Something is flying again.

And in conclusion — only one very simple but relevant question remains open: “How’s moscow doing?” It feels like it’s been time for a while now. The December 27 massive strike continues russia’s predictable holiday terror pattern, but the symmetrical response is long overdue.

*Orcs – a common term for Russians who support or participate in the armed aggression against Ukraine. Dehumanizing? Yes. Accurate? Also yes.
