Hello Novosibirsk! Fire at Solder Plant

A rather interesting message came from the depths of the Swamps*. Our military hasn’t commented on it yet, and overall, it’s easy to understand why. So, already by afternoon, it became known that a large fire at Solder Plant PJSC broke out in Novosibirsk. Local emergency services refused to speculate about the causes of the fire. However, they reported that at the peak of burning, the fire covered an area of 2,000 square meters. From the outside, it looked quite impressive — no worse than the still-burning oil depot in Feodosia.
It would seem we have nothing to do with this plant. But as it turns out, what’s burning is the main enterprise that produces something without which soldering of military electronics is impossible. The same goes for other manipulations with non-ferrous metals that are heavily used in the production of ammunition, weapons, and military equipment. In other words, this little factory is not simple at all — it’s very important for the enemy’s war machine.
Why This Fire at Solder Plant Matters
According to data obtained from open sources, Solder Plant PJSC (Novosibirsk) is included in the closed register of enterprises serving the military-industrial complex of the Swamps (MIC). Although the exact names of products for military needs are not published openly, several directions that directly or indirectly serve the defense industry can be identified from available sources:
- Solid and high-temperature solders: For soldering electronic components, radio equipment, military optics, missile systems. Examples: PSr72, PSr45 (silver-containing), P14, P81 (for critical connections);
- Alloys and babbits: Used in engines, turbines, sliding bearings. Applicable in aviation, armored vehicles, shipbuilding;
- Fluxes and powders: For precise soldering under high vibration and temperature conditions. Important for military electronics, communication systems, navigation;
- Non-ferrous metal rolling: Used in cable systems, shielding, sensors, military devices;
As you can see, this plant is definitely included in the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s target bank. And what can and should be used to reach it is the next question. Let’s just note that Novosibirsk itself is located at a distance of approximately 3,100 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. Neither drones nor missiles have flown that far yet. However, the Solder Plant is successfully burning, which cannot help but provoke some thoughts.
The Distance Doesn’t Matter Anymore
In fact, unexplained phenomena have already occurred at the enemy’s specialized facilities located at a much greater distance — for example, the BAM tunnels. So if we’re talking about sabotage rather than drones, the distance is no longer as relevant as in the case of using drones or missiles. And in this case, 3,000 kilometers no longer seem like any significant obstacle.
In this regard, the disputes in enemy social networks about when the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to reach ruSSia’s largest Omsk refinery look quite amusing. This plant is located 500 km closer to Ukraine than Novosibirsk. So it can “give a hat” of black smoke today or tomorrow. But Novosibirsk itself is a very interesting town in terms of the set of military targets.
Novosibirsk: A Treasure Trove of Military Targets
Here is a list of local enterprises that are part of the federation’s military-industrial complex:
- Radio electronics and communications: JSC “Novosibirsk Plant named after Comintern” (produces radio technical systems, antennas) and JSC “NPP Istok” (specializes in microwave electronics, used in electronic warfare, air defense);
- Aviation and unmanned technologies: JSC “Novosibirsk Aviation Plant named after V.P. Chkalov” (NAPO) — produces Su-34 front-line bombers, modernizes Su-24M, participates in the production of components for Su-57;
- Science and technology: Budker Institute of Nuclear Physics (INP SB RAS) — has dual-use projects, including defense ones;
In other words, there is an endless amount of work in this location. One can only assume that if this was the work of the GUR, we only witnessed a trial run. Everything interesting is ahead. The ruSSians wanted this war and rejoiced at the videos of destruction broadcast from Ukraine.
Well, now the war is coming to them, in the most distant and dense corners. Let it not be something completely loud yet, but the main thing here is methodical consistency. Who could have thought that a Fire at Solder Plant in Novosibirsk would break out, and now — here it is. And further — Irkutsk, with its aircraft manufacturing.
*Swamps – ironic name for Russia, emphasizing decay, stagnation, and filth.
