History of the Swamps: Russia After World War II

As stated in the previous part, the world shuddered in the convulsions of World War II. But following its results, the Soviet Union received only the eastern part of Europe. Russia after World War II found itself constrained: Western Europe recovered quickly, and the space for maneuvering through chaos shrank. In response, the Soviet Union intensified its efforts in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Exporting Misery: The Soviet Playbook

Emerging from a catastrophic war, the USSR quickly rebranded itself as a chaos exporter. It cut domestic spending to the bone, yet poured resources into Latin American “insurgents,” Arab “brothers,” and Asian “revolutionaries”. The most striking example of what exactly the Soviet Union meant by the victory of “national liberation movements” was Cuba. From a resort island where billions of businessmen flocked, where luxury was so bright it was hard to imagine, the country very quickly turned into a pigsty and shameful cesspool. It was forced to live on Soviet handouts, working them off with its truly excellent military forces who fought for Soviet interests in both Latin America and Africa.

All these “fraternal” movements and “socialist” countries constantly received huge amounts of financing from the Soviet budget. All these Farabundo Martí Liberation Fronts, Sandinistas, Palestine Liberations, Afghanistan Democrats, and others received Soviet financing. And what they managed to create after seizing power shocked all observers with common sense. Vicious, hungry, and aggressive regimes began growing like mushrooms.

The Cost of Global Chaos

Someday, russian intelligence services and Communist Party archives will open. From their remains, we’ll be able to at least approximately calculate the volume of funds the Soviet Union invested in arranging a worldwide cesspool. After the Soviet collapse, putin picked up this relay. All marginal regimes of the world capable of sowing chaos find moscow’s support. Moreover, putin deployed an unprecedented campaign to buy up Western political parties, individual figures, and mass media, which are used for the same purpose — sowing chaos.

Finding exact figures for financing such regimes is difficult. However, we can track who and how much putin wrote off in debts of russia and the Soviet Union. As of 2017, this sum reached about $142 billion. We can have no doubt that putin allocated no less to his “friends” in Germany, France, Italy, the USA, and other countries.

But that’s not all. Fine, for example, Cuba doesn’t need weapons now, so they simply wrote off $37 billion. But with Syria — different situation. Ten billion dollars written off launched a new credit line. Few know the sum of new debt, but there’s an opinion that already now it’s no less than the written-off amount. The same thing is happening now with North Korea. Nobody knows how many tens of billions putin put into the Piggy Kim, but judging by how Pyongyang created a full cycle of nuclear weapons and intercontinental ballistic missiles production in ten years, specialists can approximately say how much it costs. Hundreds of billions of dollars flushed down the toilet just to make others suffocate. And we mean only the putin rule period, but there was also the Soviet Union!

Seven Centuries of Evil

Russia after World War II continued a pattern established centuries ago. It follows that we’re dealing with a unique case. One and the same territory, from the times of Horde unification of peoples living on the territory of future Muscovy until today, constantly generates a destructive, retrograde program. At the same time, it’s ready to sacrifice very much, almost everything, just to spite the rest of the world. Not having the brains or spirit to enter the ranks of world leaders in economic power or at least in population quality of life, moscovia makes every effort to lower as many countries and peoples as possible below its own baseboard.

This program stably and without major failures survived the times of the Horde, Muscovite principality, Muscovite tsardom, russian empire, and Soviet Union. And now it works the same way under the name russian federation. Nothing changed. We’re simply observing now the period of ending oil and gas windfall that suddenly fell on moscovia and of which there was simply an incredible amount. It’s all already successfully stretched out, and the remnants are directed to the same process of shitting up the world, which became this territory’s life credo. This territory has already formalized itself as an opponent of any progress and conversely — as a leader of degradation and degeneration.

Mordor Exists Here and Now

Nothing like this existed anywhere except moscovia. Seven centuries, evil lives on this land and spills out into the surrounding world, exhausting internal resources. Simply now russia’s economy is bursting at the seams. People’s welfare rolled downhill, gaining speed. But this doesn’t lead to the end of wars or cessation of financing outright butchers and scum like Kim or Assad.

Moscow is ready to doom its population to another famine or mass executions but not abandon its plans to shit on the rest of the world once more. Russia after World War II established itself as the world’s chief chaos merchant, and nothing has changed since. And if someone thinks Mordor doesn’t exist, or it’s underground or in a parallel reality — that’s not so. It’s nearby and has stood in the same place for 700 years.
