Koltsevoy pipeline destroyed: Moscow’s Fuel Artery Cut
Pootin had long been begging for this kind of development — and now he got it. Last night, reports surfaced online that an unusually large flock of good birds flew toward the Swamps*. By midday, information began to arrive about where the good birds flew this night. Among other things, they treated the Moscow region — not just randomly, but with precision strikes on critical and highly sensitive targets. At least, the GUR (Main Intelligence Directorate) already reported on the first series of strikes. On the official channel of intelligence officers, there is this information — confirming that the Koltsevoy pipeline was destroyed in a targeted operation:
On October 31, 2025, as a result of a special operation by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, a critically important military facility of the aggressor state russia was disabled ― the Koltsevoy petroleum products pipeline, which provided the russian occupation army with resources for waging a genocidal war against the Ukrainian people. The location of the successfully disabled critical military infrastructure facility is located on the territory of the Ramenskoye district of the moscow region. Anti-drone netting and ‘protection’ of the enemy facility by paramilitary guards did not help ― all three threads through which the aggressor transported gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel successfully and simultaneously exploded. The petroleum products pipeline was disabled.
What Is the Koltsevoy Pipeline System
This is an underground product pipeline. It provides pumping of petroleum products according to a circular scheme around Moscow. Connected to the Moscow refinery, LPDS Volodarskaya and other distribution stations. It has branches to airports, oil depots and supply facilities. Used for automotive gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, as well as light and dark petroleum products. Length: 415 km. Capacity: up to 7 million tons per year. Pipe diameter: 377 mm.

The purpose of this infrastructure was to relieve pressure on rail and road transport for fuel delivery in the capital region. It was considered highly reliable — even under adverse scenarios. But since all these scenarios looked extremely unlikely, eventually precisely such fuel delivery to the capital of the Swamps became the main one.
Strategic Vulnerability Exposed
Fuel flowed in a closed loop from Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, and most importantly — Ryazan refineries, straight to user-side reservoirs without leaving the pipe. And it was this truly strategic system that was hit with a pinpoint strike. The Orcs probably expected a hit on their general staff or something flashy — but the target turned out to be far more painful.
Our specialists showed they’re not chasing media hype or theatrical effects. Instead, they’re probing for pressure points on the enemy’s body — and hitting them precisely. These strikes may not produce broadcast-worthy visuals, but they clearly signal a shift in targeting logic.
Whatever the enemy tells in media now, it has become clear to him: the target bank our military holds is of such quality that, with enough persistence, the entire economic skeleton of the Swamps can be dismantled. The Koltsevoy pipeline destroyed in a single, coordinated strike made that brutally clear. They’ve likely realized where this is heading.
Most importantly — it’s physically impossible to mount an effective defense against such strikes. Cover the refineries — and the substations get hit. Shield the substations — and the pipelines go up. All these facilities are strategic. And this is likely not the full “gentleman’s set” the good birds are prepared to deliver.
*Swamps — ironic name for russia, emphasizing decay, stagnation, and filth across the entire territory.
