Putin spoke at the UN General Assembly

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, traditionally again be late. The plane has landed in New York, but his speech at the UN will take place later than it had planned.

September 28, Vladimir Putin spoke at the UN General Assembly. In his speech, Putin avoids the topic Ukraine, but later he say about the conflict in the Donbass in his usual tone. (Putin’s main thesis “The conflict in Ukraine – a civil war”).
