RuSSian Oil Refineries Statistics and ruSSian Best Drone Defense

No matter how you look at it, the orcs found an effective countermeasure to our drones. They continue to shoot down our drones completely, down to the last machine. As practice has shown, the best weapon against Ukrainian drones is russian oil bases, refineries, substations and explosives factories. We won’t argue since, as a result of hitting, for example, a oil tank, the drone goes completely out of order. It definitely can no longer buzz merrily with its propeller or wave its wings in greeting. This means the drone is destroyed in this case. According to russian oil refineries statistics, this method proves 100% effective.

Moreover, the russians have definitely mastered the second method. They extinguish large fuel tanks by letting them burn completely. Indeed, this method turned out to be extremely effective. After all, combustion eventually stops, and that’s precisely the ultimate goal of the extinguishing process. At the same time, this saves a huge amount of water, fire trucks and firefighters themselves. We remember how last year, not yet having the necessary skills and strategy, russians tried to approach the tanks and pour water on them. As a result, the neighboring tank exploded. The fire truck and personnel went completely out of order.

Feodosia: The Extinguishing by Complete Combustion Method

As it turns out, this extinguishing method worked in Feodosia too. After the smoke cleared and the clouds dispersed, satellite images gave an idea of how everything looks right now. This came after the penultimate strike on the oil depot. One small-volume tank remained there, five medium-volume tanks, and three large-volume ones. They are precisely what should become the target of the last strike.

Moreover, most likely, the equipment that provided loading and unloading of tanks completely went out of order. Therefore, if fuel remained in the remaining tanks, it definitely won’t be possible to drain it quickly. There’s nowhere to drain it. And the arrival of the next swarm of drones may rid the russians of these unpleasant troubles. Especially since only enough tanks remain for one strike. After it, there won’t even be any sense in flying in that direction.

Nevertheless, the temporarily occupied peninsula didn’t remain without a colorful show. The oil depot in Hvardiiske intercepted the baton from the Feodosia oil depot. Now fire extinguishing by complete fuel combustion continues there. True, unlike the oil depot in Feodosia, the tanks there stand more densely. Therefore, who knows how it will all end. Especially since our military have already shown how they can “throw logs” into an already smoking oil depot, as it was in Feodosia.

Russian Oil Refineries Statistics: And Again the Refineries

Logs are thrown not only into the fire of burning oil depots. It’s just that bases burn for a long time. The view of burning is epic, noticeable even from space. Refineries don’t burn that long, but logs are thrown there regularly and with taste. Such events have been carried out many times already. But since one burning didn’t transition into another, the effect turned out to be not so obvious. In addition, there’s another difference in the burning of these objects. At oil depots, most often, it’s not possible to destroy all tanks with one strike. Therefore, after analyzing what and how is burning, you can add more right away, even during the fire.

At refineries, there’s a different schedule. Usually, strikes hit the primary oil refining unit. After that, it burns for quite a short time. The orcs begin to dismantle damaged equipment to replace it with new. And this means that repeating the strike is necessary after they start installing new iron. And preferably when they’ve already driven fuel through it. At this very moment, you can already go for the target. And as everyone understands, the step of these events is much wider than at oil depots.

And this night, precisely this happened. Last month, on September 20, a strike hit the Novokuybyshevsk refinery in the Samara region. As usual, the drone conducted an inspection of the primary oil refining unit. After that, oil refining unit went out of the chat. And now 30 days have passed. During this time, the russians had something to repair and install there.

But in our military’s calendar, this refinery already stood in the schedule for a repeat visit, precisely after these same 30 days. And this night, it flew there again. We’re waiting for reports from the General Staff on this matter. But local residents have already reported themselves that their refinery successfully shot down drones. Now something is burning there and it clearly doesn’t smell like ecology.

Causes and Consequences

As is known, in the 70s of the last century, oil extraction in the Sovok* almost completely moved to Western Siberia. In the places where they started pumping oil, new cities arose: Surgut, Nefteyugansk and others. People who are engaged in oil extraction live there. It would seem that sitting on oil, they should have felt the fuel shortage last of all. But here’s what their social networks write literally right now:

In Surgut, queues of drivers lined up at gas stations. Local Telegram channels report this. Queues line up at those gas stations where lower gasoline prices are maintained. Earlier, local media wrote that in the city of Nyagan of the same Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, some gas stations began selling gasoline only by cards.

This recalls the old joke that if communists seized power in the Sahara, there would be a shortage of sand. But as it turned out, communists are not yet the bottom. Putinists are capable of making even more fun events.

And There’s Also Gazprom

However, not only refineries were visited this night. Good birds also visited Gazprom’s gas processing plant in the Orenburg region. The local gauleiter has already reported that all drones were shot down. But debris damaged the plant’s infrastructure. However, local residents are making videos and photos of “debris”. And how brightly this very infrastructure got damaged.

The plant produces liquefied propane, butane and their mixtures, as well as stable gas condensate. The enterprise is considered a strategic facility. By the way, local residents write nothing about air defense operation. And it’s neither visible nor audible in the videos.

The russian oil refineries statistics continue to grow impressively. Every strike adds new numbers to this burning ledger. It seems the Armed Forces of Ukraine found the rope that still holds the colossus called “ruSSia” on clay feet. And they also found a good tool for cutting this rope.

*Sovok – sarcastic abbreviation for “Soviet Union,” derived from “Sovetskiy Soyuz”. The word also means “dustpan,” carrying a double connotation of trashiness and backwardness.
