Strike on Kremniy El Military Plant Complicates Iskander Production
Messages appeared online that an exceptionally flammable disco formed in Bryansk at the Kremniy El plant and around it. Actually, this name appears not for the first time in reports of strikes on the enemy’s military-industrial complex. But this time something special happened there that even Orcs themselves couldn’t keep quiet. The strike on Kremniy El military plant turned out excellent from various points of view. We deliberately held a pause so there would be as much information as possible in the open network, and now we can draw some conclusions.
Where’s Our Air Defense?
The first thing to note — the sincere surprise of Orcs who filmed videos with arrivals and strike consequences. They believed their missiles could hit civilian buildings in Ukraine, but nothing would ever arrive at their military plant. On one video, you can even hear the rhetorical question: “Where’s our air defense?” It’s rhetorical because the answer has long been provided. Air defense is densely placed in the führer’s residence locations, and nobody will remove anything from there under any circumstances. Simply put, the direct answer can be this: “Your air defense is at Valdai and Novo-Ogaryovo”.
The general surprise of Orcs looks more than strange. Linear logic says that a military plant will get hit sooner rather than not get hit at all. As always, Orcs’ reaction was in the style of “What did we do wrong?” Indeed, what for? After all, filled with secret russian spirituality, they simply wanted to kill us. But they didn’t expect they themselves could be killed. Now they pitifully write this:

Recall that our military publicly addressed Orcs and warned that sooner or later missiles will arrive at all targets somehow connected with the war in Ukraine. Therefore, each Orc gets a choice — either stay away from the military plant, or work at such a plant and see what arrived at it. In other words, high salaries that the Kremlin still pays at such plants have their price. Looks like Kremniy El plant personnel paid big price.
Complete Collapse of Main Building
According to Orcs themselves, several plant buildings didn’t just suffer an air strike — they completely collapsed. Nobody can say for sure how much personnel remained under the debris. In particular, the plant’s main building collapsed — where they produce electronics for all types of missiles of the rabid federation. Thus, in Bryansk they probably started guessing that the famous slogan “We can repeat” has its reverse side too.
However, this whole scene has another interesting aspect worth discussing separately. Perhaps for the first time in the entire history of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine’s Defense Forces delivered such a strike on an enemy military industry object. The strike on Kremniy El military plant wasn’t just another pinpoint hit — it was complete destruction of a strategic electronics facility. Note that the struck plant didn’t produce explosives or final products with warheads. This is an important moment, because before this operation, maximum damage got achieved by secondary detonation of what was inside the target object. In such case, what matters is how precise the arrival was and, accordingly, how much explosives located inside the target gave secondary detonation.
As far as known from open sources, Kremniy El has nothing that could provide secondary detonation of such scale that plant buildings would collapse. This means the warhead of ammunition used to attack the plant was so powerful that such wonderful effects occurred. After all, we remember how individual arrivals at many other enemy enterprises looked. Satellites recorded minimal external destruction. This is understandable — the warhead mass of the strike means that reached the target was 50-100 kilograms, depending on the specific case.
Not Long-Range Drones
Here it makes sense to review the video our military provided for general viewing. It was filmed from a reconnaissance UAV that recorded the strike means’ work. If it shows the entire episode of ammunition arrival, we can talk about five to six missiles working on the plant. This means the warheads in them weren’t modest at all if the plant turned into a ruin zone. At minimum, these weren’t those long-range drones that habitually attack the enemy’s distant targets. The strike on Kremniy El military plant clearly involved something far more powerful than standard drone attacks:
Moreover, Bryansk is located approximately 100 kilometers from the border with Ukraine — and obviously 100+ kilometers from the possible launch location of strike means. Messages appeared online that the attack got provided by using Storm Shadow/SCALP cruise missiles. But there are quite reasonable doubts here. On one hand, it’s very doubtful that the Armed Forces would spend such expensive and certainly scarce ammunition on relatively shallow enemy territory depth. Better use would be found for them, and here most likely something else worked.
Events that happened the day before can be attributed to this argument. Recall, two consecutive days the Defense Forces took out the enemy’s drone infrastructure and ammunition warehouses in temporarily occupied Donetsk. In reports about what delivered strikes, Storm Shadows or SCALPs also figure. In the Bryansk episode, it’s five-six missiles. If we assume the same number got spent in the two-day operation against assets in Donetsk, it turns out that in just three days the Defense Forces fired 15 to 18 cruise missiles of this class. Let’s agree, such mathematics looks very doubtful.
Ukrainian-Made Missiles?
Much more plausible is the use of Ukrainian-made ammunition. After all, there was already talk that missiles somewhat resembling ATACMS got created and passed tests. In such case, so generously pouring on Donetsk and Bryansk practically without pause becomes possible. This depends on how many such missiles already exist and how many are coming. This means Orcs start a new era of losing their objects. Not as a result of pinpoint hits, but through complete object removal with its transformation into rubble.
In the Telegram channel of OSINTers “CyberBoroshno“, they collected data about the strike on Kremniy El military plant. According to available data, missiles moved along this route: Pogarsky district → Trubchevsk area → Bryansk. Before hitting the target, missiles approached the plant from different directions, most from the east.

The character of missiles approaching from the eastern direction may indicate bypassing air defense zones and using a more complex flight route. The first hit on the plant territory was recorded at 16:59 — approximately 7 minutes after the first missile detection in Pogarsky district. In total, 7 hits were recorded on the Kremniy El plant territory. The main part of strikes fell on building №4 — 5 hits — 53.249970,34.330445Two more missiles hit other production buildings of the enterprise:
[1] 53.248922,34.326968
[2] 53.249190,34.329087
Also today it became known that good birds visited the KuibyshevAzot enterprise in Tolyatti. This plant produces saltpeter that then goes to enterprises producing explosives. So far it’s known that it burns well there — and that’s all. In Bryansk, debris clearing continues to find those under them who ignored the Armed Forces’ warnings.
