Ukraine Destroys Russian Bombers: 40 Aircraft Hit

After lunch, events unfolded that made all previous destructions of military facilities on Swamps¹ territory look like a game of checkers with potatoes and cucumbers. A grand operation revealed itself — something never attempted before. As a result, Ukraine destroys Russian bombers in the most spectacular fashion imaginable. Even Mossad’s recent pager operation pales in comparison. Our intelligence services confirmed the strike targeted the enemy’s strategic aviation aircraft, which launch cruise missiles against Ukraine, though the enemy does not always use them as intended.

In reality, these are nuclear weapons carriers. The entire set of Tu-95MS, Tu-22M3, and Tu-160 aircraft is a component of the Orcs’² nuclear triad. By and large, using them in activities where they can suffer losses is too stupid even for Pootin. Especially since manufacturers either completely lost production of these aircraft, or continue slow manufacturing of the last units. They use what wasn’t finished during the Soviet era, cannibalizing components and assemblies from similar aircraft that cannot reach combat condition.

The Problem with Hiding Strategic Bombers

These aircraft suffered almost no direct losses in air combat, except for the Tu-22M3 lost on April 19, 2024. Orcs try to keep these aircraft away from Ukrainian airspace. Almost all previous losses occurred on the ground from attacks on airfields. In other words, no matter how they hid along the Volga-Caspian line, they still got hit at airfields. But considering that “strategists” can fly thousands of kilometers, they simply dispersed them to distant airfields. One such base is “Olenya” airbase in Murmansk province. It was believed that Ukraine has no strike means that could cover almost two thousand kilometers over federation territory saturated with air defense assets.

This very confidence of the bald führer destroyed him. As is now clear, our specialists didn’t waste time on trifles with pagers. They stuffed strike drones into containers with double bottoms, or more precisely — with double roofs. Using road transport, they positioned them near the enemy’s strategic aviation airfields. Because the distance between them is thousands of kilometers, from the Kola Peninsula to Siberia, one can only imagine the scale of the operation and coordination of actions. The drones began working at all locations where containers appeared — simultaneously. The Network now flooded with videos not only of drones flying or airfields burning but also of drones launching from containers.

How the Operation Unfolded

The attack itself turned out to be unprecedented not only in scale but also in design. Road transport was likely used unknowingly. The truck simply had to end up in the right place. Then, inside the containers themselves, there was an initiating device. It opened the lid of the container’s secret compartment and gave the drones an activation signal. Then the drones rose into the air and moved to predetermined coordinates. After that, they were guided to the target using AI.

Operators embedded target signatures in the machines’ memory. We have exhibits that were scanned and used to train the neural network. The neural network can distinguish not only exact matches but also similar objects, accounting for “cannibalized” aircraft. In other words, from what stands at the base, drones could select only working machines and identify them as targets. Let the specifics remain a secret shrouded in darkness — the main thing is that Ukraine destroys Russian bombers. As of this moment, our specialists say they have objective confirmation — at least 40 aircraft damaged.

Russian Propaganda’s Pathetic Response

Russian propaganda describes this as follows:
Today, the Kyiv regime committed a terrorist attack using FPV drones against airfields in Murmansk, Irkutsk, Ivanovo, Ryazan, and Amur regions. At military airfields in Ivanovo, Ryazan, and Amur regions, all terrorist attacks were repelled…
…The fire was extinguished. There are no casualties among military personnel and civilian staff. Some participants in the terrorist attacks were detained.

The old joke about Russians only telling the truth in one case — when they’re dead — has long ceased being a joke. Millions of cases confirmed it as an axiom. Therefore, we don’t pay attention to what they call a “terrorist attack” — we simply quote it in full. Any adequate person will ask: “Can you call the liquidation of terrorism means a terrorist attack?” Also, you can ignore what they repelled there. But the last point is very interesting. Who they detained there is a big question. The SBU clearly emphasized that all operation participants are already beyond Swamp borders.

Another enemy media confirmed

Later, the enemy Telegram channel “kontorskaya tabakerka” provided this information:

We must say a few more words about the consequences of the massive strike by enemy drones on our strategic aviation airfields. Some things are difficult to write… Sources in the Ministry of Defense provided new information about losses. According to the latest data, not 27 aircraft were damaged, as we wrote, but 32. Fifteen aircraft (mostly Tu-95MS and Tu-22M3) are irretrievably lost. There are questions about the rest.

Well, then, as befits Orcs, come calls to punish those guilty for the lack of elementary air defense assets and for tires on wings instead of concrete hangars. Frankly, we’re at a loss regarding the tires. If they believe that rubber protects aircraft from drone strikes from above, then why tires specifically? Why not, for example, boxes of used condoms?

New details will emerge over time. Then we may take another approach to this topic. But the main fact remains clear: Ukraine destroys Russian bombers in an operation that rewrites the rulebook on modern warfare. Forty aircraft across multiple airfields — simultaneously hit, most irretrievably lost.

¹Swamps – ironic name for Russia, emphasizing decay, stagnation, and filth.

²Orcs – a common term for Russians who support or participate in the armed aggression against Ukraine. Dehumanizing? Yes. Accurate? Also yes.
