May 30 Shaheds Attack: Kyiv’s Third Night Under Terror

This night, all the details were visible simply through the window. Visible and audible. In general, you can now distinguish the sound of a flying drone from any set of sounds. It seems soon the same will apply to what air defense means work on them. This night, you could hear both. I think the tradition of launching fireworks for holidays should be abolished for at least a generation — because there will be no other associations except air defense work. In general, the May 30 Shaheds attack was the third consecutive night of massive assault on our capital.
Everything happened in waves — at least three of them. By feel, most Shaheds entered along the Dnipro riverbed from the south. As you can understand, they’ve long worked out this route and therefore flew at extremely low altitude. Probably this explains why after their destruction, debris managed to cause so many problems. Falling from greater height, a Shahed fragments and smaller debris causes fewer problems. Plus, fuel has time to burn out. But if it flies low, all this simply doesn’t have time to happen.
Three Systems, Perfect Coordination
Nevertheless, enemy drones got intercepted by at least three different systems. Plus, you could distinctly hear small arms fire. People now have substantially more weapons in their hands. Those who saw targets probably didn’t spare ammunition on them. But noticeably, air defense works very economically and without fuss. This could be described in more detail, but those who could see everything know how it looks. For general viewing, these details aren’t worth laying out yet. As of morning, our General Staff gives this statistics for the night attack:

That is, 29 destroyed with 31 detected drones. Not 100%, but still a very high result that hardly any other air defense in the world could show. The fact is that no air defense in the world except Ukrainian has seen such massive and regular use of drones or combinations of drones and cruise missiles, or even ballistic missiles. Moreover, the enemy improves methods of using drones. Therefore, if the Orcs, already with such experience of air attacks, applied everything they apply against us but against someone else — the results would be completely different.
The Enemy Learns — And So Do We
The fact that Orcs learn from their mistakes easily gets confirmed by the fact that the first Shahed attacks happened in broad daylight. Now they only get used in dark hours. Linear routes aren’t laid there long ago. As knowledgeable people say, before approaching the target, a drone can generally make a whole circle or execute some broken trajectory. So our anti-aircraft gunners now are unambiguously the best in the world. Most likely, after defeating the enemy, we’ll definitely open something where our partners — and I hope allies — will draw the latest knowledge from the primary source.
Moscow Gets a Taste
Toward morning, arrivals started in moscow. This was a drone attack. In general, it’s hard to judge what this was. From what’s on the Net — it doesn’t look like AFU work, if only because slow and quite noticeable drones in daylight get used either by completely inexperienced patients or this got done intentionally so they’d be visible. Plus, not a single drone hit an object from the usual set: military unit, military warehouse, oil depot or storage, etc. Ours definitely wouldn’t waste drones to hit a high-rise building — our military definitely wouldn’t lose a machine capable of reaching moscow so talentlessly.
If the enemy did this himself to create the picture he needs — that’s also good. It means he’s already stirred and understands he needs to hit his own homes with drones. This is exactly how pootin got power 24 years ago and how he tries to keep it. Well, we should all understand that in daylight there’s great danger of using ballistic missiles, for whose concealment night isn’t needed. The May 30 Shaheds attack proved once more – this is a variety of hysteria the Swamps’ top leadership throws. Well then — this is the best time to press on it with all force.
