Orban Lost Hungary Elections: Friendly Neighbor Ahead?

Even before midnight Kyiv time and accordingly an hour earlier Budapest time, the situation with Hungary elections became finally clear. They counted 86% of ballots. Orban lost Hungary elections and his party’s loss became more than obvious already. Well, Viktor himself congratulated the winner — Peter Magyar — on his party’s victory. He called the defeat painful and promised to fight from opposition. Perhaps this promise turned out too optimistic since such corruption and espionage waves arose around Orban that he might not manage to fight at all, sitting in prison.

But for now all this remains questioned since Viktor-corruptionists have a habit of fleeing to Rostov. We know this well from Yanukovych’s example. However, this is Hungarians’ internal affair, hope they’ll figure out themselves what to do with their own corruptionists and Russian spies.

The elections themselves can be called not just Orban’s defeat — this is natural rout. Here’s what Hungary’s electoral map looks like an hour and a half before Sunday midnight:

As not hard to notice, Orban colors on the map are almost absent. Almost all Hungary is colored in opponent party’s colors. The preliminary parliamentary mandate distribution looks like this:

From it follows that Magyar’s party received not just majority but constitutional majority in Hungarian parliament. Now it will have all tools for dismantling disgraceful corruption arranged by Pootin’s favorite. His era ended forever. Don’t be surprised if after power change such spicy details start surfacing that all previous scandals compared to them will turn out children’s games. This is because Magyar during his pre-election campaign gave promises to dismantle the corruption component and expose Moscow’s espionage networks.

Trump’s Total Failure: Agitation Backfired

How it will be with Hungarians and whether Magyar will fulfill his promises — we’ll see in some time. At least now at least a chance appeared for such development. Under Orban there wasn’t one at all. However, right now already you can note a couple important moments nothing can influence anymore.

First and loudest — complete failure of Donnie’s efforts. He himself repeatedly agitated for Vitya. He sent emissaries to Budapest who publicly and directly joined pre-election races, agitating for Orban. Essentially they interfered in election course, but this played the reverse way. Speeches by Trump, Rubio, and Vance turned out the control shot to Orban’s campaign. This very loudly indicates the “authority” these figures enjoy in the supposedly most loyal to them EU country.

The second moment connects to the fact that on election eve, an entire team of election “specialists” from GRU and Kirienko’s team arrived from Moscow to Budapest. All of them tried to set up election falsification process same as they did in Moldova. But exactly the same, it didn’t work. Probably Orban himself, learning Orcs* didn’t manage to launch their mass falsifications, understood he couldn’t win these elections honestly. Therefore, he prematurely announced his loss.

Anti-Ukrainian Forces Lost

Strange as it may be, all anti-Ukrainian forces suffered defeats in these elections. Thus, if we don’t count Russia with which we’re in the 5th year of full-scale war, in the balance only two neighboring countries remain unfriendly. This is Belarus, which is an open Kremlin satellite and Slovakia, which Robert Fico governs — the only Kremlin satellite in the EU. After Orban lost Hungary elections, the landscape of Ukraine’s neighbors transformed dramatically: just two Kremlin puppets, neither of which sits in the EU’s decision-making core.
