April 28 Missile Strike: Kyiv, Dnipro, and Uman Under Attack

The April 28 missile strike hit multiple Ukrainian cities, causing widespread damage and casualties. This time the targets were Kyiv, Dnipro, and Uman. As our military already reported, in recent waves of missile strikes, they discover more and more fragments of products manufactured just a month or two ago. From this, they conclude that the remainder of old missiles is already quite small and therefore, newly produced missiles get put into action.

The fact that a “fresh missile” hit a house doesn’t make anyone feel better, but it speaks to other things. For example, it shows that Swamps¹ uses fresh radio electronics for missile production. Electronics in particular go into manufacturing the navigation system and guidance system, precisely those responsible for where it hits. As is known, moscow receives electronic components from China. By the way, it’s no secret to anyone that Iran receives approximately the same range of components — in particular, in exchange for oil Iran supplies from there. There, they use Chinese electronics for corresponding systems in missiles and UAVs, particularly Shaheds, which Iran supplies to the Rabid Federation in large batches. All these Shaheds then attack our cities.

China’s Role Nobody Wants to Talk About

True, supplies come from suppliers who allegedly have “no connection” with the Chinese government. But judging by how successfully the Chinese fight dissent, you can be sure of the following.

If China’s government didn’t want Chinese electronics standing in weapons systems russia uses exclusively against civilians and civilian infrastructure, Beijing would stop this quickly and harshly. For this, the PRC has the world’s most powerful repressive apparatus, the effectiveness of which is beyond doubt.

At least now they harshly close any data about COVID there, even the most harmless. This is all because the Chinese government believes that such words and actions can damage China’s image. But doesn’t Chinese electronics helping Orcs kill civilians damage the image of the kind and naive panda?

The April 28 Missile Strike Pattern Returns

This was the first massive missile strike specifically on Ukraine after a fairly long break. They fired missiles from Tu-95 aircraft that we didn’t finish off at airfields in Engels and Shaykovka. Now they flew to the “Olenya” base near Murmansk, but they launch missiles from the same place — from the Caspian Sea waters.
The infographic on shot-down missiles looks like this:

Thus, Air Defense couldn’t shoot down two missiles. One flew to Dnipro, where people died, including a child. The second struck a high-rise building in Uman. All 11 missiles flying toward the capital got intercepted — every single one — on far and near approaches to the city. If not for the victims, you could call the air defense work exemplary. We must understand that today, not a single air defense system gives 100% effectiveness during mass shelling.

What This Says About War Crimes

What’s important to note here. Enemy propaganda will certainly today cover up the obvious war crime once again committed by the military-political leadership of the Rotten Federation. They’ll say nobody specifically targeted homes — missiles just don’t have absolute accuracy. But the very fact of shelling civilian objects is already a self-sufficient war crime. Stories about low missile accuracy aren’t justification — they’re evidence and should be documented accordingly and used during the tribunal.

When ruSSians tell stories about not intending to hit civilian objects and that it’s all about missile accuracy, they themselves confess to a war crime. Using cruise missiles, you could be surprised only once that they’re not accurate and that they can hit targets not considered legitimate during war. But if you know your missiles are inaccurate and instead of a military target hit residential buildings, but you still use them a second, third, and tenth time — then you do this clearly understanding what consequences follow your actions.

This means that after the first “miss”, the element of chance disappears. Pilots, those who gave orders, and even airfield technical personnel know exactly where they’re shooting. Since they all know exactly where their missiles hit — they’re all war criminals. The April 28 missile strike is just another count in a very long indictment. One day everything will change, and their relaxed flights and shelling from the Caspian will come back to bite them.

¹Swamps – an ironic name for Russia, emphasizing decay, stagnation, and filth. The Commander of the USF, Robert Browdie, and most soldiers use this word.
