December 29 Massive Strike: Terrorist Tactics Against Civilians

The air raid alert has just ended. According to Air Force spokesperson Ihnat, the December 29 massive strike was the largest aerial bombardment of Ukrainian territory since the full-scale phase of the war began — more aerial targets in a single attack than ever before. The enemy threw everything at once: from Shaheds to Kinzhals.

This strike had no military purpose — and that is obvious. Most hits landed on civilian infrastructure, which is exactly why there are so many casualties. Today the world saw, without any doubt, what a terrorist state looks like. Moscow is waging an exclusively terrorist war.
Here is what our Air Force preliminary data shows:

Report
Report

What they launched:

  1. At least 90 cruise missiles Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55;
  2. 8 cruise missiles Kh-22/Kh-32;
  3. At least 14 missiles S-300/S-400/Iskander-M (types and exact numbers still being confirmed);
  4. 5 aeroballistic missiles Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal”;
  5. 4 anti-radiation missiles Kh-31P;
  6. 1 Kh-59;
  7. 36 Shahed-136/131 strike drones;

Total: 158 aerial targets detected. 114 were intercepted — 87 missiles and 27 drones.

Over 100 Missiles. Zero Military Results.

So they just fired over a hundred cruise missiles of various classes, plus five Kinzhals at once. Compare that to our strikes — on the Black Sea Fleet HQ, the ship repair plant in Sevastopol, or the landing ship in Feodosia. In every one of those cases, our forces used two missiles, hit military targets precisely, and destroyed them. The invaders just burned through 50 times more missiles than we did — 80 times more strike assets in total — and what exactly did they achieve militarily?

Apparently, someone needed to report to Pootin that “successful launches were conducted”. Where it all actually landed — secondary question. At this point it is safe to say that the enemy has given up trying to hit military infrastructure. It is increasingly covered by air defense systems, so they simply blast civilian targets on purpose. Nearly every major city has casualties and fatalities. Today’s mass raid had one goal — and it achieved exactly that: hit residential buildings, shopping centers, and whatever civilians were unlucky enough to be nearby. The whole world watched an act of naked terror.

The Horde Celebrates Dead Civilians

Right now, Orc* media is flooded with celebration — our civilians are dead, and that alone makes them happy. This tells you everything you need to know: the population there has lost its mind completely, and that damage is irreversible. The contrast is impossible to ignore: we sink their warship in Feodosia with two missiles, hitting a military target exactly as the Geneva Convention describes. They fire dozens of missiles of every class at apartment buildings and shopping malls. Not aimed at military targets — not even close to military targets.

The preliminary numbers after the December 29 massive strike look like this: 53 people pulled from rubble alive, around 160 wounded, 30 killed — including 9 in Kyiv. By the time I write this, the numbers may have already changed, which is why I planned to cover this tomorrow when we’d have the full picture. However, several reasons pushed this update earlier — including a second wave.

Second Wave — Tu-22 After Lunch

After midday, the invaders resumed missile strikes. The overnight and morning launches came from Tu-95 bombers; the afternoon wave — from Tu-22s. On top of everything already counted, more missiles are being confirmed, and the total number of strike assets used today will likely approach two hundred.

On top of that, the day is not over. Various reports suggest another raid is planned for tonight. Activity on enemy airfields consistent with pre-strike patterns is already being recorded. Everyone saw what happened last night — so stay sharp.

Poland’s Airspace — Moscow Crosses Another Line

Today Moscow demonstrated what Moldova and Romania already know. An enemy cruise missile used Polish airspace to turn around and then attack Ukrainian territory from the Polish direction. Polish press and official sources confirm the missile spent 3 minutes in Polish airspace and covered 40 kilometers.

We know how this works: if Orcs pull this off once without consequences, they will repeat it. In 2015, Turkey showed exactly how to respond — after repeated warnings that invaders’ aircraft were entering Turkish airspace to turn around, deliberately provoking a response, Turkey simply shot one down. The orcs screamed about it in their press for weeks, but have never dared enter Turkish airspace without permission since. There is no other cure for this disease. Until Poland and Romania start shooting down “tourist” missiles, this will keep happening.

Setting aside the Tu-22 afternoon wave, the cost of the strike assets burned through in the December 29 massive strike is approximately $1.5 billion. The frothing herd of Orcs celebrating Ukrainian deaths has no idea how much just got pulled out of their own pockets to make that happen.

*Orcs – a common term for Russians who support or participate in the armed aggression against Ukraine. Dehumanizing? Yes. Accurate? Also yes.
