Downed ruSSian Su-34 Bomber Over Zaporizhzhia

Most of the information comes from two enemy sources — but it’s worth it. Earlier reports said our forces destroyed a ruSSian frontline Su-34 bomber during its bombing run over Zaporizhzhia. And now, more details point to something even bigger: a downed ruSSian Su-34 may mark the very first confirmed kill by Ukraine’s F-16.
Several contacts passed us preliminary reports. For the first time, a Ukrainian fighter — not ground-based air defenses — intercepted and killed a bomber. There may already be official confirmation somewhere, but I haven’t seen it yet. The enemy TG channel “Kontorska Tabakerka” claimed that two Su-34s went down. Another niche enemy TG channel, “Fakerbomber,” offered a second confirmation.
We’ll leave the exact tally of knocked-over “Su” to the enemy. Still, it looks like the haul was bigger than it first seemed, and one thing is clear: each downed ruSSian Su-34 means fewer bombs falling on our cities.
Let’s wait for official word from our Air Force and the General Staff. In any case, our fighters punished the bombers in the sky — not on the airfield — and that hasn’t happened in a long time. It’s also good that the ruSSian crews are 200th*. Let them roast in hell — they earned it for dropping KABs** on civilian homes.
*200th (dvukhsotyi) – in Ukrainian Army slang means KIA (Killed in Action).
**KAB (Kerovana Aviatsiyna Bomba) — Guided Aerial Bomb. A cheap but powerful munition the ruSSians use to strike civilian cities.
